Rick Hartigan

I've been involved in photography for over 40 years, first as a kid with an Instamatic, later as a U.S. Navy Photographer, and now as owner/organizer of Ohio Valley Camera Club and owner of Nature Trek Photo Safaris.  At Nature Trek we treat you a bit differently than most.  Our workshops are more than just camera knowledge.  You will also be introduced to some outstanding natural environments.  We normally go off the beaten path and often include sites not well known, but wonders to behold.  Part of my photographic philosophy is that you have to be there to get the shot.  That's where we come in.  We'll get you there at the appropriate time and then work with you.
In addition to great shooting experiences, you will be treated to some outstanding cuisine.  Most of our workshops include home cooked meals.  No burgers here.
Evenings around the dinner table include review of the days excitement and some post processing conversation and assistance.
Days are long and funfilled.  I guarantee a good time.
